Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will join a core team of motivated and ambitious individuals with a shared goal to make an impact in our sector. About You

As our Content Creation and Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our business development and management teams in a dynamic role which includes client-facing, strategic planning, quality assurance and problem-solving.

The following are our required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to EQF Level 6)
  • Digital strategy skills
  • Commercial and business awareness and budget management skills
  • Knowledge of different media channels and how they operate e.g. TV, radio, press and internet
  • Proficiency in digital media (social media marketing, content management systems, email marketing builders and bulk senders)
  • Basic analytical skills to analyse online analytic tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and others
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), especially in relation to content marketing
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Design skills and knowledge of design tools like Illustrator
  • Capable of handling changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills including troubleshooting and identifying the issue, proposing efficient and effective solutions and implementing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic
  • Keen attention to detail, organised, efficient and proactive
  • Strong time management skills and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite inc. Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately in verbal and written English
  • Right to work and based in Malta

Additional Skills and Qualifications (Desirable)

  • Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately in verbal and written Italian or another European Language
  • Knowledge of criminology/forensic science/investigative sectors

Key Responsibilities

  • Content creation for website, social media, and other digital and print media including images and videos as appropriate.
  • Gather insights from current students and graduates to support a student-centric marketing strategy.
  • Organisation and coordination of all EFI’s online and in-person events and trade fairs.
  • Organisation and coordination of all EFI’s online and in-person student-oriented exhibitions including careers fairs and school visits.
  • Coordination of marketing vendors
  • Assist in required administration tasks related to event and exhibition organisation.
  • Analysis of leads and digital marketing trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Follow up on active leads
