WebMail password change
Instructions for first access:
Username: your username is the same provied by the Student Office (e.g.: email@example.com)
Password: the password provided by the Student Office is temporary and must be changed on your first access. If you forget your password, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Step-by-step guide: from first access to the option “change password”
1) Fill in the required field with your username and temporary password
2) Once you logged in, click on the button Options (below, on the left)
3) A drop-down menu will appear. Click on Password
4) Once you have clicked on Password, you will be asked to change your password
5) Imput your new password in the required fields and click the button Save (on the top)
Your WebMail has now a personal password. Please write it down so you will not forget your credentials.
