Your Opportunity
As a Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with the marketing team to improve the effectiveness of institutional communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that supports the Institute’s growth objectives and strengthens its visibility and positioning.
This role offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and institutional communications within an international academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Content Creation and Digital Media: Assist in the creation of marketing content, including videos, articles, and promotional materials. Support video production and editing using tools such as Canva, Premiere, or other digital editing platforms. Contribute to the development of visual and written content for the website, social media, and institutional communications.
· Social Media and Digital Communication: Support the management of EFI social media channels, contributing creative ideas and engaging content. Assist in promoting academic programmes, research activities, and institutional initiatives.
· Communicate and collaborate with internal departments such as commercial teams and general management to support marketing initiatives.
· Marketing Campaigns and Promotion: Assist in the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns. Support the development of promotional materials and communication tools.
· Community Engagement: Support communication with the educational community, including alumni, faculty, current students, and prospective students.Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening community engagement and information flow.
· Events and Academic Activities: Assist with the promotion and coordination of institutional events, including webinars and academic conferences. Support marketing activities related to EFI websites and digital platforms.
· Conduct market research and market surveys to identify trends, opportunities, and audience needs.
· Assist with the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy based on market research and analysis.
Requirements
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, and market research.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
