Step-by-step guide to access the Digital Campus (Adobe Connect Learning©)
1. Download the app
Check the system requirements on the link above and then download the application for Adobe Connect Learning© on the following link: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html
Download the application suitable for your operating system.
The icon of the app (we suggest to keep it in your dock) is the following
Clicking on the icon a pop-up screen will appear as shown below.
As for now, you are not required to take any further step.
Close any window and wait for an email (it might take several hours) with a link to access to the panel in which you will be required to imput your password (please check point 2 and 3).
2. Change password: first stepOn your student email you will receive an email with a link. Click on the link as indicated by the red arrow and you will be redirected to the Adobe Connect Learning page in which you will have to imput your password.
3. Change password: second step
Imput your password as instructed and click on Send new password.
After clicking on Send new password, the following pop-up screen will show. Close any window and read
the instructions on point 4.
4. Invitation to the virtual classrooms
Before any virtual classroom you will receive on your email account an invitation and a reminder of enrolment. The email that includes the link to the virtual classroom is usually sent around 5 PM the day before the lesson takes place.
Please remember that you have to click on the invitation link to access the virtual classroom.
If you see the following screen after accessing via link, click on Open Adobe Connect.
5. Access to virtual classroom
After following the above steps, you will be automatically redirected to a screen where you will be asked to imput your credentials (username and password – the same you use to access your student email). Once you log in, you will enter the virtual classroom.
We recommend to use an headset with microphone or a simple earphones.
